Mind event, sensation, perception and feelings.
The pain, painless, comfort, discomfort all are the result of sesation and perception interaction in the brain. The identical event create different feeling on different brain in same moment or on same brain in different moment. So perception is one of the main reason of our feeling. So all feelings take birth everytime in our mind inside. But we generally conclude the reason of pain or painless is the event in our life.
